Imperial Stout brewed with meadowfoam and eucalyptus honey, conditioned on vanilla beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, and aged in Bourbon barrels for 15 months. Brewed in collaboration with Brussels Beer Project.
Secret Clubhouse – Coconut And Chocolate Belleflower Brewing
Pouring very dark, the aroma is reminiscent of a coconut truffle, chocolate cookies, and holiday spice. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy like a coconut candy bar. Each sip uncovers more complexity of flavor reminiscent of just-toasted s’mores and coconut cream pie with a nutty malt base. It’s hard to believe this beer does not contain nuts or lactose.
