Twitching Talons DIPA Apex Brewing

This collaborative wizardry started with our new favorite DIPA malt-bill; extra pale Maris Otter, malted oats, protein rich spelt malt and a hefty amount of unmalted wheat and fluffy oats. A big dose of Citra Incognito on the hot side and fermented with our trusty house yeast – (Lilla) London Fog. Lastly we double dry-hopped the holy hell out of it with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin hops. The result is a thick, foggy, 8.0% abv Double India Pale Ale with notes of mango, pineapple, strawberries and diesel.
