Textbook (2023) Badlands Brewing

Everyone knows the playbook on modern IPA. You take Citra & Mosaic hops, oats, and an english yeast strain and BAM! You’ve got yourself the prototypical hazy yoooooose monster that is NEIPA. That’s what this beer is, straight out of the textbook on modern IPA.

Also a fun fact, we’d never made an IPA with just Citra and Mosaic before… until this beer.

We taste notes of tangerine, mandarin orange, papaya and tropical fruit. These hops are besties for the resties and it’s no accident they’re the “go to“ for the style. They work incredibly well together.
